This trailer can be towed with almost any vehicle. Comes with a pop up outhouse. Want to go off grid? Why not do it in this brand new (as of July 2022) tear drop. This trailer has a pretty big 25 gallon fresh water tank, duel propane tanks, and a small and relatively quiet generator which is available as an "add on". The generator will run the AC and the smart TV at the same time. Also available as an "add on" is an easy up rain and sun shelter. I expect normal camping dirt on the exterior but if the dishes are dirty, the outside is caked in mud or there are other issues, I will charge the deep cleaning fee after the unit is returned. Keep it relatively clean and you will be charged nothing when you are done.
