It was a great trip because the RV was awesome. Prenten had the RV ready to go and fully stocked. He really cares that you have a good experience while using his RV. It slept 8, 2 adults and 6 littles over 3 nights. I am glad that we picked this RV to use for our family vacation.

Loved the trailer it was exactly as it was listed. Very easy pick up and drop off. Would definitely rent the trailer for the next trip.

The RV had numerous issues: corroded batteries, a missing jack, a bathroom door that never fully closed, and the floor was squishy in the kitchen area. Overall, it felt unsafe. I would never rent from Prenten again. Also, you have to pick it up at a Bee Farm,.. not safe for anyone with an allergy. And, this was never mentioned beforehand.

I am very sorry you feel you were not given a 5 star experience. We try our very best to make guests feel clean & comfortable as possible. During orientation we explained the door might not latch if rig isn't level. This can happen if unevenly parked. Just because batteries might look corroded, doesn't mean they are. The batteries function perfectly. According to other reviews, & our honest opinion, we are confident guests will discover the Odyssey looks & functions as listed.

Q.What if I am unable to clean the RV?

Life gets rushed! Hey, that's why we need a vacation. Dropping off without dumping can result in larger fees. We got you!! Skip the chores and cap the fees by selecting the "Drop And Go Service" add-on option. [Service does not cover for loss or damages]
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Unless otherwise arranged, pickup and drop off are both at 11am.
Q.Are pets allowed?

The Odyssey is a semi pet friendly environment. There is a pet fee and pets must be approved. Pets that are untrained or shed hair are not allowed and additional pet cleaning fees will be charged for deep removal of hair, odor, or stain to return RV to its standard hypoallergenic state.

Absolutely NO SMOKING 🚭 is permitted aboard the Odyssey Outpost risking forfeiture of deposit.
