RecommendationsJackson Hole is the best place to be for outdoor activities! Whether you're hiking in the Tetons, horseback riding in Gros Venture, or taking in the sites of Yellowstone, Jackson Hole is the place to be.
If you looking for more "off of the beaten path" feel free to reach out for National Forest suggestions.
Other things to noteNo smoking inside the van. Please wash dishes before returning van. We know it is hard to clean up while living in Sparticus, however excessive cleaning needs will result in a extra charge.
Also Sparticus is only 2WHD , therefore if you attempt to drive him off road you could get stuck. If you need a tow, the cost is on you.
He also has a max speed of 70mph (most roads in the area are 55mph) and note that 100miles per day is included.

Sparticus is the perfect road tripper. He does max out as 70mph, which shouldn't be a problem because everywhere in this area and the parks is 65mph or lower. Also Sparticus is a rear wheel drive, which means he's not cut out for off roading. He should be able to handle forest roads if you take it slow, but beaware of mud, sand and snow. We ask that you don't smoke or vape inside the van. Just a reminder to crack the windows or vents if you are cooking inside the van.

Hannah was extremely accommodating for our last minute booking. The van is reliable, as described, and very well equipped with safety and other camping amenities. The bed was comfortable for a couple (5’5” and 5’10”) but it might be tight for anyone over 6’ tall.

Have a question?Get answers directly from the host

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
This van runs it's interior electric on solar that powers the batteries. For the water you have to remove the fresh water tank and fill it outside of the van. You can remove the grey tank from under the sink to dump it in a sink or sewer outlet.

Q.Does the van have AC?
A.
The van has AC while driving. While parked you need to use the 2 max air fans in the back. One sucks air in, the other pushes air out in order to keep the van ventilated.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are willing to be flexible depending on the time of day an where. We are typically more available after business hours. If you want to be picked up /dropped off at the Jackson Airport, you need to put the address in for delivery as well as select the "add-on" for airport parking drop off. Otherwise just select the delivery for Jackson, and we can meet you in the public parking lot!

Q.Where can you camp with the van?
A.
There are tons of campgrounds in the Jackson Hole region. From private campgrounds (Fireside Resort), National Park Campgrounds, and Forest service campgrounds. You can also "boondock" which means dry camping without facilities. Check out Campendium or freecampsites.net.
