My house recently underwent a remodel. With everything going on, I decided it would be best to stay on my property, so I made the decision to rent a camper from Crabtree. Due to my situation and not knowing exactly when my house would be finished, I spoke with Arianna who was more than willing to go the extra mile to accommodate me.. I was someone she has never met, but I was someone who was a potential customer. She treated me exceptionally well and worked with me throughout the months that I had the camper. She is a true role model in customer service and I would gladly recommend her to be the one who gets you set up on everything. Now let’s move on to the delivery guy, Jim! If the world had a competition for backing a 43ft camper in, on only one shot, he would be my guy. Jim is one of those people who you can immediately relate to and trust on the first interaction. Jim dropped the camper off at my property and showed me how everything worked. He stuck around for a minute to have a conversation with me and I thought that was great. He knows what he’s doing and does it with a smile. Overall, my experience with Crabtree was the easiest process of my house remodeling experience. I did not get to meet everyone in person, except for Jim. I would have loved to meet Arianna, however, she did amazing work over the phone. Jim and Arianna made me want to recommend this company to any of my family and friends who have any camper needs in the future. I will definitely be doing business with them again.
