Due to the winterization, the water pipes will not be able to be used, limiting what can be used in the van. Water jugs will be provided for those bookings. The lowered nightly rental during this time frame is reflective of this. This is all dependent on the climate at the time. If someone is taking it for a long period of time, I will consider unwinterizing it.What's includedFresh bedding, all the kitchen supplies you can possibly need (including a coffee maker), cleaning supplies, and full clean water tank.Other things to notePick-up walk through takes about 30 minutes to one hour (depending on level of familiarity with camper vans). If for some reason the in person pick up date and time does not work for either party, prior arrangements will be discussed for virtual walk through or walk through on another dayThere will be an additional rental agreement sent to renter and will need to be signed prior or during the rental.If you would like to come see the van before you make the reservation, let me know!

5.0This was my first time ever renting a camper van and I was so impressed with how easy everything was. Kellsey was super communicative and helpful, the instructions to operate Minty were clear and easy to follow, Minty was so easy to drive. Plenty of room for 2 adults, comfortable bed, luxury linens, and we opted for the toilet for convenience. Overall a wonderful experience. We are already planning another trip with Minty in mind! Highly recommend Minty for your next camping adventure!

5.0Super easy communication and van pick-up / drop-off. Quick to answer any questions I had during the trip. Minty Fresh is well stocked and great for a getaway trip. We traveled over interstates, highways, and country roads. We got compliments everywhere we went.

5.0Minty was our very first RV experience, and it still feels like a pinch-me moment! Kelsey was incredibly responsive throughout every stage from pre-booking questions to pickup to our time on the road. We felt fully prepared to set up and get going thanks to her thorough walkthrough. The RV itself was clean, well-organized, and comfortable. Funnily enough, our biggest highlight was how soundly we slept on the cozy bed :) One thing to note: the refrigerator door tends to swing open while driving, which caused us to lose some food. We worked around it by placing a bag in front of the door. When we shared the feedback with Kelsey, she was genuinely receptive and already looking into a fix. Overall, a wonderful first RV experience. We'd absolutely rent Minty again!
