Queen bed in front and four pull down queen beds in the back. 2 of the bunk beds in the back turn into four sofas for easy lounging. The garage has a roll-out carpet for added comfort. Also has 2 bathrooms. Perfect for Balloon Fiesta. We will be hosting from our home, so you have the peace of mind that your belongings/vehicles will be safe.What's included• Plates/Utensils

RecommendationsToyhauler is being rented out of our house. It will be parked inside our gate on a concrete driveway with plenty of room in front/side for a trailer or a vehicle. Travel is about 15-20 minutes to Balloon Fiesta Park with no traffic. So, we recommend that you leave early to avoid it.Other things to noteNo pets or smoking is allowed. RV will be parked inside our gate for added security. Since this will be parked on the side of our house, guests will only have access to the areas in front and on the door side of the RV. Unit will have full hook ups including WIFI. For our mutual privacy, guests will not be allowed on the other side of the RV (since that's our back yard), the area will be taped off for clarity.
