This wonderful pop up has only been used a hand full of times after being bought brand new in 2023. Clean and up-to-date! It is easy to tow and almost any car/suv/truck with a 2inch hitch will tow it. Dry weight 1589lbs. 3 beds total when including the fold down dinette set. 1 queen, 1 full, 1 twin. Indoor heater runs off propane/electricity. Plenty of storage. 11 gallon water tank but also hooks up to city water if available. Roomy and comfortable with heated mattresses (must be plugged in). Electrical outlets (must be plugged in) and 2 USB ports(works off battery). Outdoor 2 burner gas stove. 4 pin or 7 way hookup.What's includedUtensils, folding chairs, fans, pans, towels, wash cloths, shower attachment, pop up shower tent available upon request. This was our first time towing a camper, and it was as smooth as it could be thanks to Vivian! She and her son thoroughly went over everything with us at pick up and the binder she provided with instructions was very helpful. The camper was well stocked and comfortable. Wonderful experience.
