Our trailer is brand new, we have only stayed in it a handful of times. We have two kids and a poodle who absolutely love it!The queen bed easily sleeps two adults and there are twin-sized bunk beds that each hold 300 lbs easily. The dinette folds down into another bed for one more person. Take “roughing it” out of camping with this comfy trailer. The kitchen has a two burner stove, sink, and a refrigerator and freezer. The washroom, has a toilet and a tub shower. There are plenty of usb ports and outlets throughout for charging all necessary devices. A small flat screen tv is wall mounted on the wall, and there is an Apple TV already plugged into it, simply connect to your campsites wifi (where available) to use, and most campsites offer cable also. There is an AM/FM/bluetooth radio to play radio or music from your devices. Connect via blue tooth, usb, or hdmi to play your music throughout the inside or outside of the trailer. In the cooler months the rv is equipped with a gas heater, and for those warmer months the rv has a self contained ac unit.This brand new trailer offers a sleek look outside with outdoor speakers, power awning, and led strip lights.At pick up, I can show you all the ins and outs of the trailer and all of its functions!Included in every rental are a full tank of propane, camping chairs, pots, pans, utensils, coffee pot, freshly laundered and disinfected linens, we wash all linens after each rental in ozone, allowing us to clean, and disinfect all linens while eliminating the use of chemicals and possible allergens. And we also have many options available for add-on such a keurig, dual fuel generator, ez-up, unlimited wifi and even a black stone griddle. Don’t want to worry about anything? We can even deliver and set up to nearby rv campsites! If you’re new to rv camping, or towing, this is the perfect trailer to try out!What's includedFresh linens, camping chairs, cooking pans, pots, and utensils included!Other things to noteNo smoking of any kind allowed inside of the trailer! This is our property, and we love to enjoy our trailer ourselves between rentals so we ask you be respectful. The trailer must be returned in the same clean condition it is picked up in, and grey and black tanks must be completely emptied prior to return.
