4.0Davin was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. We paid for early pickup at noon, and he was kind enough to let us pick up even earlier at 10am. He was helpful at pickup, walked us through the RV, and everything inside worked as expected during the trip. The bed was also extremely comfortable, which we appreciated. That said, the RV did not feel quite as clean or as represented as we expected. There was no trash or major mess, but it felt more like it had only been swept, and we felt like we returned it cleaner than we received it. There was also a strange smell inside, so we used air fresheners, and the stove cover was sticky with grease. The exterior also looked noticeably different from the photos, with yellowing, bug splatter, dark stains, and several visible patch-style repairs. Overall, we had a good trip and appreciated Davin’s communication and flexibility. The RV was functional and comfortable where it mattered, but the cleanliness and condition should be improved or more accurately reflected in the listing photos.

5.0We had a great experience. The little personal extras like shelves and hooks and cleaning supplies were tremendously appreciated. We were very thankful that Devin repaired some areas of damage from prior renters himself so that our rental was not delayed or canceled. Also everything worked flawlessly and nothing broke or failed while we used it!
