This 29ft trailer weight is 4200lbs! Sleeps up to 10, queen bed for parents, quad bunks at the back for kids, the table and sofa fold down for others to sleep. Has AC, furnace, fridge/freezer, range, toilet, shower, awning, two batteries, and a slide. Also includes the use of an equalizer hitch. pet friendly. Lots of storage, also includes pots & pans, chairs, outdoor games. New awning, new blinds, coffee maker & bbq included.I'd like to address my 2 star review
- trailer not leveled. parked in a field, extreme angle, did the best I could with what I brought, they told me it would be fine.
- the brought a construction generator with a 30amp twist-lock plug, RV's come with straight plugs, mine has the standard 30amp. No adapter, not my problem.
- floor is a little spongy, has to do with the trailer design, not an issue
- floor fixed with staples, yes, but it it matched the floor pattern
- awning is replaced
- the slide did leak during a very severe rain storm, I don't like that it happened but it did, the seal rolled on the slide and I was not aware. The slide now has an awning and the seal has been corrected, does not leak anymore, this was a one-time thing. They called me I was two hours out of town and offered to show up that evening to remedy the situation, the told me to come in the morning, I was there at 7am.
- windows won't open, they all open fine, they lift vertically and all do open.
- the mattress is a standard queen, was an RV queen but I had upgraded it
- I offered a credit which was accepted.
- I came out twice after delivery, once to open windows and a second time to fix the slide.
- I responded immediately to every call
- note this is a used trailer, and it works very well
- This person is what most classify as difficult to deal with, would not recommend them to anyone
