Includes drivers side slide out with couch and dining area that both unfold into beds, a queen size bed, a 12 foot awning, heat and air conditioning, water, sewer hookup, 2 burner stovetop, microwave, spacious refrigerator and freezer, kitchen sink, bathroom with a toilet, shower and sink. Spacious and cozy.What's included• Blankets, sheets, pillows, all cooking utensils, silverware, plates, paper towels, coffee pot and filters, hand towels, bath towels, shower curtain, toilet paper, folding chairs for outside, pots, pans, outdoor awning carpet/mat, campfire sticks for marshmallows or hotdogs.Other things to noteNote, we are a deliver only. There will be a $100 delivery fee, a $100 cleaning fee and a $100 dumping fee if dump site is not available on grounds.Smoking is prohibited inside the RV at all times. Well behaved dogs are welcome for an extra fee of $75.00
