This trailer is a real 50+year-old Airstream that is highly original on the exterior and has been modified on the interior while keeping many vintage aesthetics. The rear of the unit features a sleeping platform with a full size bed & shag carpeted walls. There is storage under the bed and two small closets. The flooring throughout is green vinyl. In the main area there is a custom upholstered leather bench that folds out into a bed that sleeps 2. The kitchenette features a newer electric refrigerator, walnut cabinets and walnut butcher block countertop, but there is no sink. The dining area offers a walnut tabletop and built-in U shaped booth, also upholstered in leather. Overhead you will find the original vintage sound system controls (not functioning but we left it cuz it looked cool). Please also note that the bathroom has been removed, so this trailer is ideal for tailgaiting, temp office usage, or campsites that offer bathroom service. There is no bathroom or running water onboard. The trailer can be plugged in to a standard RV electrical hookup. There is rooftop AC but no heating system. The axle was replaced and it sports new tires, pulls straight and smooth. Airstream trailers are aluminum and therefore lightweight, efficient and easy to tow.This trailer obviously does not offer the creature comforts of a newer model, but it is extremely clean, functional, and the looks you get when you pull into your destination are sure to be memorable!
