RV was amazing, Ultimate Tailgating was extremely helpful. Very short Uber ride to pick up and drop off from SEA. Zero complaints. I needed help throughout our trip with some features of the RV that I was unfamiliar with and the responses were spot on and on time. Would highly recommend!! It worked perfectly for us.

First and most important
1. The generator was cutting out
We had no air in 95 degree heat
I called and left a message and no one responded
So we took it upon ourselves to check the system
To find out that there was no oil in the engine we
Put the proper oil and it was better not cutting out as much
2. The outside flat grill was utterly disgusting
So rusted we could not use it.
We had to repair the wardrobe mirror it almost fell off
So we secured it with duct tape
3.there was not any water in the tank
And we were never told where to put it in
4.we were told that there were places to dump waste water at every large fueling station (loves race circle)
None of them
5.the governor kicked in at 60
The vehicle could not get out of its own way
It’s was all over the road at 60 mph it’s in need of front alignment I know it’s new and I don’t understand why it was so shaky

We had reserved RV with another service that fell through at the last minute and UT really came through for my family. They stayed after hours to check over the pickup process and instructions; and made themselves available to us during the entire experience. Great job and very professional as well. Thanks to Micheal and Bobby our July 4th holiday was filled with great memories. Will definitely use them in the future.

Incredible experience from start to finish! Van was great and had everything we needed. Amanda was so great at drop of and pick up, made things super easy!! Will definitely rent again and would recommend to everyone!!

These guys were amazing, couldn't have been more customer friendly, responsive and easier to work with. Will definitely be using them going forward for any needs around the US. Can't say enough good things about them.

RV was dropped off for a 2 day music festival. When we arrived there were no instructions of any sort. The water in the shower trickled and was not warm/hot. The refrigerator was non functional.
The next day an employee of the rental company came out. He admitted that the reason the water trickled was because he had forgotten to flip some sort of switch when he dropped the RV off. The hot water was a mystery but finally after many hours he managed to fix the hot water issue. The refrigerator never worked at all.
The technician did bring us a couple coolers full of ice later in the day.
The “kitchen package” I purchased consisted of new, in the box, albeit extremely low quality, pots and pans, silverware and plates. The technician advised that they buy cheap items at WalMart and then throw it all away after each rental.
Given the cost, nearly $5,000, of the rental we thought some sort of refund was in order.
We went home and called the owner multiple times. More than a week later he has not responded.
I would think to retain clients for future rentals and to generally be fair that a refund in the $1,000 range would be appropriate. Apparently, they have their money and are on to the next event. Lack of refrigeration at a two day festival is a BIG DEAL. This is system that should be checked prior to delivery. Beyond the spoiled food and the aggravation I am most disappointed in being ignored post rental.
I realize unforeseen things happen but a quality business would address the issue and offer some sort of accommodation.

When we arrived we had trouble with the toilet and we noticed that the water/sewer connection was not made. One of the folks that was staying with us (who has a RV) connected the hose. We had "off and on" trouble with the toilet. However, The Ultimate Tailgating people that we called were very helpful and friendly.

Even with complications, this rental experience was as smoon as could be for our family. Courtney and Mike were kind enough to take questions after hours about the leveler, freshwater, and broken faucet and provide solutions for each. So happy to have had the opportunity for a great family experience to witness the 2024 solar eclipse.

Ultimate Tailgating did a great job of setting up the RV as well as some help early during the trip. Bringing it back and checking out was also a breeze as they were prepared, fast, and efficient. It is not a top of the line RV but not a bad unit either. We had a few little mechanical issues such as the windshield wiper coming loose and not operating correctly. A quick trip to Walmart for a crescent wrench and 10 mins later we were back on the road. Speaking of the road, the unit road very, very well on the road. I do not much like the quality of highways that Georgia and Florida have but this RV handled the roads very well.
