Norman was extremely responsive both before and during our trip! The campervan was clean, working well, matched the listing info. I found it easy to drive and no problems on the road. I was staying at the shore (LBI) and the A/C was very effective, kept up with the heat and humidity no problem. We were on power through a shore house, and running the A/C does require between 15-20 amps (we switched to the laundry circuit which was fine). So if you're not at a true campground with 30 amp hook-up, be aware of that. A few things I had to message Norman about for setup and maintenance tips, but he was super responsive and no serious problems. Based on my family situation I would look for something with more than the one lay-flat bed, but it's a great fit for anyone that just needs the main spot to sleep and an easy drive from place to place. Great experience overall!

Took a trip to Charlotte, NC. It was about 10h each way, and with 3 girls (7, 9, 11), this was a very relaxing and enjoyable travel experience thanks to all the amenities in this CamperVan!

We had an amazing experience — the van was fantastic! It kept our young kids entertained during the long drive to visit their grandparents in Florida, which made all the difference. Flying with little ones is just too tough, so this was our first time making the trip by car — and definitely not our last. Norman was incredibly attentive and responsive throughout. Truly top-notch customer service. We’ll absolutely be booking again in the future!

Fantastic! Pick up and return were simple and easy. The owner provided thorough instructions and checked in with us during our rental period to provide any further assistance. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this rental!

This was our first time renting a camper van. Norm was great, very responsive. He even let us take a look before the trip to see what we were getting ourselves into lol. The van definitely made the whole trip way more enjoyable and manageable with 4 kids. Having the flexibility use the restroom, eat, or just relax was great. We will totally rent this again. Thanks Norm!

He is professional and pleasant to work with.
The only reason of a rating of 4 was not because of him but we where not able to get the rear air conditioning controls to work independent of the dash board controls.
