Good communication back and forth. They were really understanding when an unforeseen issue with the A/C popped up that a warranty issue with the dealership. 10/10.

We took Gladys out for a weekend camping trip with my wife and daughter, and it couldn’t have gone better. Kellsey was fantastic, she walked me through everything in detail so I felt completely confident before hitting the road. The camper itself was in pristine condition, like it was brand new, spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped.
What really stood out was how turn-key the whole experience was. Kellsey had stocked the camper with all the essentials, chairs, a table, utensils, and more, so we didn’t have to worry about anything. The beds were very comfortable, and our daughter especially loved sleeping on the front dinette.
Gladys towed like a dream; smooth and easy behind our Toyota Sequoia.

We had a great experience hosting Lance. He was friendly, respectful, and took excellent care of the RV throughout his rental. Communication was clear and timely from start to finish, and he was punctual with both pickup and return. He also shared some thoughtful suggestions that we truly appreciated. Overall, a very reliable and considerate renter—we’d be happy to host him again anytime.
