Overall this is a great offering. We had everything we needed for a tenting weekend in fair weather. Good quality supplies. Though I wondered how often if at all the sleeping bags/pillows are laundered. The invoice doesn’t include all that comes in the package opening you up to panic that you only booked a tent when you revisit closer to date. Lastly was told we had to return the package by 11am - showed up around 10am and location wasn’t open till 10:30. Minor but still inconvenience. Staff were helpful and kind. Would rent again!!

Vehicle was smelly, several items didn’t work, the vehicle was overdue for a service when we picked it up and the tyres were worn, and the LPG gas was almost empty. The foam mattress didn’t fit the bed or sheets, I have had so many changes made to my credit card it will take a while to reconcile what I paid and what I should have paid.

I greatly enjoyed my Canadian holiday using the RV. Everything on the van worked well. Considering that it already had 188,000 km on the clock, it was in good condition and clean. The staff at RVR Kelowna were friendly and helpful. Thank you for a very memorable holiday.
Concerning RVs in general, I think that it is necessary to have someone else with you. Sometimes visibility is limited at junctions and it helps to have some guidance when reversing.

We recently rented a small motorhome from RVR Rental. The RV was clean and well equipped. The whole experience from check out to check in was easy and we had a great little getaway! Special shout out to Charlotte, she is super friendly and did a thorough job of explaining everything! We will definitely rent again!

We rented the Mercedes Campervan for a week to do a trip around the Rocky Mountains. Tim and Nancy were very nice in explaining us all the systems and the van was clean and ready upon our arrival. We had a lot of gears, including skis and firewood, but all fitted perfectly in the van.
The trip went on without issues: this vehicle is perfect for exploring Canada even in late April, when the weather is not so warm. The van comes with cooking utensils and pots, so you don even have to worry about bringing your own.
My only recommendation for the owner is to add a small grill to place on top of the campsites' fire pits, as their grills are all spread apart and it is difficult to cook food on them.
I highly recommend travelling with this campervan and in general rent at RVR Kelowna.

The vehicle was ready to go at the designated pickup time. Staff were pleasant and informative as together we did the vehicle check. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed and more, from electric appliances - like a toaster and a drip coffee maker - right down to the good, old fashioned coffee percolator! We loved the smell of morning coffee perking on the stovetop. Bonus.... the potable water tank had been filled with fresh well water which actually made the best coffee ever! Upon returning the unit check out was efficiently handled. Thank you for supplying an affordable home on wheels. It made our wilderness vacation a whole lot more comfortable.

We were very happy with the way we were helped getting ready for hitting the road, and everything worked well with just a couple of minor questions. The trailer itself was too small for our needs, and was the source of some frustration, but this was the main purpose of hiring this unit as we had been contemplating buying one - we know the answer now, and it’s no! So full marks for service - not so much for trailer.

We were very pleased with the service -- delivery and pick-up were right on time, the unit was clean and well stocked with the required utensils. We also cleaned the trailer before pick-up even though we knew you were charging a prep fee of $97. However, we were never advised nor did the contract state that an extra fee of $70.00 for dumping and propane usage would be charged. Please advise.

Lifted up the dinette seat to use the storage space and found a dead mouse. Too much play in the steering. Foam mattress was very worn/no support. Dirty upholstery.

This trailer worked well for us. It is relatively light and has a comfortable short queen bed. The fold down dinette is decent as well. The person who helped us when we picked up the trailer was rushed and did not tell us about much. We were shown the tool box etc to fix an issue with the trailer ourselves. The inside of the trailer was clean but showing signs of wear. 2 of the 4 mugs were cracked and the cutlery was in really rough shape. Everyone was friendly and the communication was good.

Not the trailer we requested although it was a good replacement.
A few items that would of made it better ,Exterior fridge diid not work,Small exterior floor mat, barbecue was dirty and no brush was provided.

The staff was warm amd welcoming to our group. They were friendly gave a thorough walk through on the unit. We had zero issues what so ever. We will be giving them our business again next year!
