Hi, we are Todd and Susie, we own Platinum Van Life. Welcome to our listing. We love travel but we wanted to be able to travel and experience our journey with a touch of class and pure fun! My business with Platinum Van Life was the best rental experience I’ve ever had. I contacted Todd and Susie in need of using their amazing van to drive my family (6 adults and 3 teens) to Williamsburg, Virginia for a week. Todd was available for my many questions and very accommodating. On the day of the exchange, Todd and Susie went over everything and showed us all the amenities and it has a lot of them. The van was extremely clean, simple to drive and got great fuel mileage. If you are considering a rental such as this or on the fence, my family and I would tell you, without hesitation, to rent this van and go in “Platinum Van Life” style. It’s a private jet on wheels that is owned by an amazing couple that appreciates family. This review only allowed 5 stars or else I would have rated much higher.

The trip was amazing in the van. Todd was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. From booking their van, drop off, during our trip and the pick up process. I will definitely book through them again for our next trip.

Great luxury van!
Pros:
-Susie & Todd provided great customer service, great / useful training on how to use amenities of van, was very responsive, flexible and accommodating.
-The van has many great amenities, runs smooth, is spacious, and true luxury.
Cons:
- The outdoorsy app wasn’t that user friendly for me,had troubles with entering my id info,updating my pick up times, and saving my information.

My experience with Platinum Van Life could not have been better. The
vehicle was beautiful and worked extremely well for our trip. Multiple
TV's, sound system, comfortable seating and VERY capable AC made the 1000
mile trip very enjoyable. Microwave, refrigerator and restroom on board
helped avoid additional stops along the way. The owners, Todd and Suzy,
were extremely helpful, providing a very thorough review of all the
amenities and operating instructions. They were also accessible when we
have a few questions during our trip and responded quickly.

Van was amazing and drove great. Owners made it easy. Girls enjoy using the van between games in their soccer tournaments.

We had a fantastic trip! This van is much easier to drive than expected. We loaded 8 people up, and spent a week in Vermont. Drove like a dream and was a real trip enhancer. Tons of fun, the owners are great too!
