Had a great trip. Took a minute to figure out the HVAC, but everything else was to spec. Raymond communicated professionally and quickly responded to any inquiries. Delivery and pick-up at our residence were perfect. Would rent again!

Very nice RV that we took to country thunder music festival. The RVs condition is probably better than the pictures show. We were very pleased with it.

We've had several great experiences with Outdoorsy, but this experience was terrible.1 - The stove had a propane leak that caused it to ignite a pocket of propane when we turned the stove off and it blew the top off the stove and burned the pot. I'm attaching a photo of the burn marks on the pot after a single use. We spent all the subsequent days of our trip without the ability to cook.
2 - Neither the propane nor the electric water heater functioned. We spent the entire trip without hot water.
3 - The RV is missing all the blinds in the pictures. The only blinds were the ones that cover the front window. The master bedroom and the dining area/living room (where the other beds are) did not have blinds. We had to hang blankets over the windows.
4 - The batteries for the RV seemed to be old and could not hold their charge. I ran the generator for 4 hours and then videoed the battery voltage after turning the generator off. Within 45 seconds, the batteries had dropped to 10.5 volts. This means we had to run the generator almost non-stop during our trip. This also can cause issues with jacks...which we experienced. It took approximately 45 minutes for us to get the jack retracted when our trip was done.
5 - There is a water leak (we think in the bathroom) that was making the hallway carpet wet but more importantly, it covered the contents of the storage area below in water.
6 - The contact for the RV said he'd be very responsive. When I messaged him about the batteries not holding a charge (that was the first thing we noticed), he told me that was normal for an RV. I responded that it is not, we've had several RVs and trailers and none of them lose a charge that fast, especially not when we turned everything off to try to preserve the battery. He never responded again after that. I informed him of other issues and he never responded.
7 - Several times, the light that indicates the brakes are not functioning properly came on.

The RV was good for our trip to the desert. Served our needs. Isaiah was very responsive and accommodating to our text messages and made a smooth transition from pick up to drop off.

Raymond and his team were easy to work with, flexible, and made it a great trip. Everything was really easy to walk through and hit the road, and I appreciate them making this experience renting an RV one that I want to do again. I will be looking to rent again in the future based off my experience.
