the RV looked nice and it was comfortable, but we were going on a roaadtrip to virginia and it is very very cold over there so we encounter a couple issues, one the generator wouldnt work since the day we picked up the RV and then we had to deal with it till it started working and the second issue was the heater, we only used it to get to virginia and to come back to Florida, and we were traveling with my 2 year old so this was priority for us. other than that it is very spacious and well equiped with kitchen stuff, we didnt really use the bathroom but it was spacious and convinient. both beds were spacious and comfortable, the other problem we encounter was that after we turned in the RV and we asked that the owner looks through it he said everything looked fine and then we received an email from outdoorsy claims saying we damaged the vehicle..... was a surprised.

Everything was amazing. The all equipment was in perfectly conditions. The interior of RV cleaned and working well. Is highly recommended to travel around Florida with this RV and Eduardo responded all the time and punctually

Another great year with the RV! This was our third year and Eduardo as always was friendly and always available if we needed anything. This RV continues to be in perfect condition, we look forward to renting it again next year for our annual trip!

This RV is exactly as you see. Simple clean and well put together. So easy to use, drive and work for your trips. Ed is also amazing. He is on top of communication and explains everything so well through the walk through. I will definitely be reaching back out to Ed again for another weekend with Lucky Charm.

The rental process for the RV on Outdoorsy was quick and easy. We took the RV to Ocala National Forest for a few nights for a family camping/zip-lining getaway, and it all worked out really well. The RV performed great the entire trip, and the driving was easy & comfortable. I drive a pick-up truck daily, and I've driven large U-Haul trucks in the past for moving items, so it was a seamless transition into driving the RV. But any proficient driver can do it. The fridge/freezer wasn't cooling properly, but, after sending a message to Eduardo and his quick response, it got fixed easily. He's responsive and helpful in his messages. I reached out to him quite a few times for different things, and in the end it all worked out great. Gassing up the RV was a breeze both times and connecting the water hose from the source spicket to the RV was a breeze as well. I would definitely recommend this RV to anyone looking for an RV trip experience. My only suggestion: take the time needed during the pickup process to ask as many questions as needed to get familiar with all the amenities and how they work. Had I asked a bit more questions up front then I would not have had to send Eduardo as many messages. But it was my first RV driving experience, so it comes with the territory.
