About Raul and Gloria's RV rentals
Hi, Raul and Gloria here. We started DFW Outdoor Rentals to share our passion for the outdoors. We have been tent camping for years but just recently got our first travel trailer and we are loving it! We now have 4 campers that we rent out, Bonnie and Clyde and more recently an really small really awesome Winnebago Winnie Drop and a 26 foot Puma bunkhouse. This campervan was clean and well maintained. Raul was very thorough in explaining where things were, how they worked, etc. When I had a question after pickup, he was very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip in this campervan and will definitely do it again!

One word "Awesome". We booked Bonnie way back on July 7 for our Oct. trip to Texas from Nova Scotia, Canada. I felt we were in good hands from seeing reviews and watching Raul's videos, but there is always some apprehension when your 2500 miles away. From the moment I shook this man's hand my apprehension was gone, Raul cannot do enough for you to make your vacation as great as he can. Trailer was setup for us and stocked with everything we needed for our 10 day stay. ( except food of course ) "Bonnie" fit us perfect and even though shes an ole girl everything worked to perfection.

Great experience with DFW. Raul really helped out with several extras we had overlooked when we made our booking. We had flown in from the U.K. so the support was greatly appreciated. We would certainly recommend DFW and will use Raul again when we are back in Texas.

I found DFW outdoor rental through TikTok and I am glad I did! Our own rv was totaled and we really did not want to get another right away. The process of reserving an rv was so easy and if I had questions and they would respond immediately. The rv we rented was the Eleanor. It completely met our needs for our family of 8 and our big dog! It was fully stocked with everything we needed. All we had to bring was food and drinks. Thanks Raul for making this a very pleasant experience. We loved it and my little granddaughters loved the bunk room! We will definitely use y’all again and will recommend to family and friends.

Absolutely horrible. Had to leave the RV and rent a car. The owner was no help and the RV is a POS. Do not recommend

I understand this was a frustrating experience. The generator on this RV had a broken wire which appeared to be pulled or yanked in an area where there are no moving parts. This was not a maintenance issue or a wear and tear issue. It was a damage issue that occurred during the trip. They were using the generator for the first half of the trip just fine. I can accept they don't know how it happened but it did happen during their trip. They made the decision to abandon the RV. The RV was still drivable. As for no help, I immediately went into trouble shooting over the phone when the renter contacted me. I then spent the better part of and hour and half trying to find a tech to come out but could not find anyone to work on a generator. Outdoorsy was finally successful in finding someone but they were no help. We had to travel to Louisiana to pick up the RV and bring it home.

The RV has a name. How cool is it that Raul and Gloria have named the RV's they rent! My family actually rented two RV's from Raul. This one was my favorite but both were amazing. Raul's a great guy. Hemade sure it was all setup and we knew how to do everything. It was an incredible first RV renting experience.
