Positive:
1. Ivan very prompt in all responses
2. Revel is a great all terrain camping van
3. Pick up and drop off were simple.
4 . Bed very comfortable and Ivan provided sheets and pillows as we had flown in from NC.
5 . Conduction stove top worked great and cookware great quality.
Negative:
1 . Day one , we found commode with dirty TP and urine I flushed. Then when we emptied cassette it was full of old poop. Really nasty and disappointing way to start a trip. Later he admitted his family had used the van after it supposedly had been cleaned.
2. Zipper on side screen door was broken day one.
3. Camp chairs were very small “backpacking chairs” and very well used. No fold out table.
4 . On pick up we noted the vehicle was somewhat dirty on the outside , but not terrible for a van with 85,000 miles . But the windshield was pretty covered with bugs and then when the wipers were turned on the rubber was riped so not very effective.
5. General inside cleanliness was 4/10 compared to our vans we have rented (most 10/10).
6. Awning stopped working day 3 of 7 day rental.
7. We were planning on boondocking a few times but by day 2 it was clear the fresh water tank was leaking and would not last >24 hours, so we bagged that plan.
8. The alarm for the sliding door was extremely sensitive and we drove lots of miles with constant dinging despite reclosing door and cleaning contacts.
