Stay was great as usual. Though 2 items need some repair. The bathroom vent won’t open and the stove fan does not turn on.

C3RV’s answer

Thank you Gordon for taking the time to rate us 5* and provide the items that need attention.

Would have loved to have a generator since we had no power with 100+ weather to use AC. Service was great!

You guys are awesome and Amber is fantastic. The issues we had were unfortunate but none the less they happened.
First it was the refrigerator door that we over came by using a butter knife to get the door open. The bigger problem which affected us and the campsite next to us was the black water leak. It wasn't at the connection or I would have tried to fix it, but the leak was coming from higher up in the chassis of the trailer. I put a bucket with water under the leak hopping the water would dilute the smell, that didn't work very well. The toilet smell continued inside the trailer and outside as well. My question is do you give guests credits when multiple things like this happen?
Thank you
