About Russell's RV rentals

BayCampr is a small, owner-run RV rental business focused on doing the basics exceptionally well. Every RV is personally maintained, thoroughly cleaned, and carefully inspected before each trip so you can start your adventure confident and stress-free. I take the time to walk renters through the RV at pickup, explain how things work in plain language, and make sure you’re comfortable before you hit the road. No surprises, no rushed hand-offs—just reliable, well-maintained RVs and clear communication from start to finish. If you’re looking for an RV rental that’s simple, straightforward, and thoughtfully run, you’re in the right place.

The RV was exactly as expected - clean, comfortable, well-maintained, etc. Communication was great, the RV's functions were well-documented. The price seemed very fair and Russell was great to work with.

We had a great experience renting from Russell. The RV drove well and worked well for our family trip, but what really stood out was Russell himself. We ran into an unexpected issue at the campground, and Russell went above and beyond to help us. He stayed in constant communication, worked through troubleshooting with me, contacted local resources, and ultimately arranged an excellent mobile RV technician who got us back up and running. He was even thinking through solutions late into the night and followed up afterward to make sure everything was taken care of.
Things can occasionally come up with an RV, and having an owner who is responsive and genuinely invested in making sure you have a good trip makes a huge difference. Russell absolutely was that kind of host. We really appreciated the support and would happily rent from him again.

Clear communication and easy process. The RV condition is as listed, very clean and fully functional. The amenities and consumables are well considered. The host is very experienced in RV towing and provided great guidance. Will definitely consider renting from Russell again.

This was our family’s first time towing an RV camper, and we wanted to rent one for a short trial trip to see what it was like. We are so glad we chose this RV from Baycampr! The camper itself was spacious for our family, clean, and in like-new condition. What really stood out, though, was the host’s incredible knowledge and support. Baycampr spent a full hour patiently walking me through all the essential tips and tricks. They provided a brake controller, a height-adjustable hitch, and mirror extensions to make sure we were set up safely. Pickup and dropoff were seamless thanks to their flexible arrangements. I highly recommend Baycampr to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free RV rental experience!

Baycampr was a great host. Importantly, the RV was really nice and helped make our family trip (2 adults, 2 kids; 11 & 16) excellent. The 2018 Diesel Mercedes chassis pulled strong, and the cabin was very quiet (way better than a cutaway-style Ford box). The queen-like bed was surprisingly comfortable. Just about everything on the rig worked fine for us (with the one exception of the tank level sensors weren't reliable, which the host is going to address).
Definitely spring for the bike rack. Next time, I'd do the delivery option as well.

Russ is amazing. I had an issue with my truck and he didn’t hesitate to come to my camp site to help. He towed the trailer to my home and waited while we unloaded. Thank you Russ. It’s a shame I can’t give more than 5 stars. Trailer and amenities are great. Highly recommended.

RV was clean and user friendly. Very easy to drive. Russell was a great host, gave a thorough orientation and the return was a piece of cake. I will definitely be getting this RV again.

We had an excellent experience renting the RV from Russ. The vehicle was in great condition, and Russ gave us a thorough walkthrough with clear instructions. The manual and videos made everything easy to follow. Our family—especially the kids—loved spending time together playing cards and games during the trip. Russ was quick to respond and very flexible when we asked to extend our schedule. Overall, both the RV and Russ as a host exceeded our expectation
