My 40th birthday trip to the California coast was made complete with Nick's Eurovan. Nick was super friendly and accommodating at every turn, giving us recommendation on where to go and even letting us hang out in his garage on the way back while we waiting for our Uber in the pouring down rain.
For those of you who haven't traveled in a VW before, the Eurovan offers the style of old buses, with all the comforts of a modern vehicle, trust me the automatic transmission is much easier to deal with on the hills of SF than the older manual buses. The van came fully stocked with everything we needed and Nick had the fridge (solar powered BTW) cold and ready for us when we arrived, we just threw our bags in and headed for the coast.
