Derek was very helpful and kind. Very responsive to questions before and during our rental time. It is an older RV and shows its wear, but it was perfect for a first time RV rental. Giving 4 stars for cleanliness instead of 5 only because it could have been cleaner, but again just fine considering how dirty we were going to get it while camping. Will definitely rent from Derek and his family again.

Derek was so pleasant to rent from. We had a great time on our first family vacation since we got married. I will definitely rent from him again. The RV was perfect for our 4 kids and we had an amazing time in Pigeon Forge. I highly recommend renting from Derek.
