We are Albert and Consuala Battle — a veteran-owned, family-operated couple from Covington, Georgia. Albert is a retired, disabled United States Marine. Together, we run First Night RV Concierge, a professional RV setup and orientation service. When you book our fifth wheel, you get more than an RV. You get a team of uniformed professionals who show up at your campsite and make sure everything is perfect before we leave. We arrive in uniform with checklists and expertise. We handle your complete campsite setup — precision leveling, full utility connections, slides, and awning deployed correctly — and then we walk you through every system in the RV so you feel confident and capable from minute one. Before we leave, we hand you a personalized reference guide for your stay. The next morning, we check in to make sure your first night was everything you hoped for. This is not a walkthrough in a parking lot. This is a concierge experience at your actual campsite, when it actually matters.
