About Joe and Tracy Farmer

Southern hospitality at its best is how we'd describe our family. We want to share that with you. We’re new to the RV rental business but not the hospitality business. We started a non profit coffee shop in March 2014 with a passion for service and a dream to transform our community. We also manage a car rental business so we are familiar with the rental needs of our customers. We have a passion for service and enjoy making people feel right at home. We have a very spacious camper with 3 slides, 2 of them is in the bunkhouse! This gives your family plenty room to spread out. We provide you with full bedding for the queen bed and 4 bunks. If you need to use the couches or dinette for extra sleeping areas please bring your linens. We also provide 8 towels, 8 washcloths and 4 hand towels for the bathroom. In the kitchen we have all of the pots and pans that you will need along with utensils, plates, etc. Outside we leave you an outdoor rug, two rocking chairs and a tabletop grill with table. We will do all of the work to ensure that when you arrive your vacation is ready to begin!
