I have had the opportunity to work in the hospitality industry for over 8 years & my husband has had the opportunity to work in the insurance industry for over 25 years. It brings me pleasure to be able to now see others enjoy a great road trip! We love traveling and experiencing new adventures and creating new and unforgettable experiences. This was my first time renting an RV thru Outdoorsy. My previous 4 RV rentals were thru large RV rental Stores. I placed the order on a Thursday afternoon and picked up the RV the next morning. Nelly & Sammy were great. It was so simple any they were very helpful. The 34' RV was in great condition and well maintained. I look forward to renting from them again next year......

Sammy and Nelly were great to work with from the beginning. They were very responsive and answered all my questions and concerns. We had them drop off the RV to where we were staying and the process was very smooth, including pickup. It was nice just having the RV there when we arrived and a few days later picked up and done with. I would certainly recommend Sammy and Nelly's RV!

Sammy was very easy to communicate with from initial inquiry to end of trip. I would highly recommend renting their truck. They were very quick to provide support and answers to my questions while we were on our trip. I will definitely rent from them next time!

This was our first experience renting an RV. The Experience was great. The owners was very understanding and helpful during the entire process. We had no issues with the RV. Their was enough space to accommodate our family. They explained everything to us before our trip and did communicate with me from booking to the end of our trip. Sammy is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely rent again from Sammy and his wife in the future. Our experience was great as first time RV participants. Thank you so very much for making our Family time enjoyable, fun and exciting.

Sammy and Nelly were awesome hosts, flexible with pickup and dropped times and super responsive. They took all the time I needed to explain all details of the RV, and made sure I was ready. The RV is great, brand new and very comfortable! The large bed over the drivers seat was particularly important as we had an additional adults couple, so everyone could sleep in beds, not sofa beds. I’m looking forward to renting again!

Nelly & Sammy are the best. This was my first time renting an RV and first Outdoorsy experience. The rental was for a short film shoot so the RV was used as a base of operations over 4 days and was only moved once or twice. Nelly & Sammy were extremely helpful showing us how to set up and use the RV on house power and water, and how to operate everything. They delivered and then picked up. Everything went smoothly and they were available when we had questions. Not only that but they are lovely people. Highly recommended and would definitely rent again. Thank you Nelly and Sammy!

I hope all Outdoorsy Rv owners are as nice and open and informative as were Nelly and Sammy after several communications via text and phone we finally met face to face. Nelly went over their 2020 Forester LE bumper to bumper, bottom to top and inside. She covered usage of all utilities, gas, water and electric. I was relieved since I probably haven’t been I a camper in 10 years. They were available by phone 24/7 and encouraged us to call anytime. We had peace of mind.
We camped at Sebring for the races. It was first time for 3 of us at the track our 4th was a seasoned veteran. One of the best times I have had camping.
I would recommend Nelly and Sammy if your in the Orlando area looking to rent a RV. I believe they have 3 different ones. I know I will be using them again.

We had a great experience with Nelly & Sammy! Lot of good communication and flexibility. Pick up and Drop Off was a breeze! The camper was in great shape, easy to drive, and had everything we needed! Definitely renting from them again in the future. :)

Sammy and Nelly were great to work with, and their RV met every need. Communication was quick and easy. They are very conscientious about caring for their RV, as well as the renters. Because it was below freezing and cold in general, they added extra blankets and two space heaters. All of the kitchen utensils are there, as well as a toaster, microwave, and coffee maker. The refrigerator is larger than I expected, and worked perfectly. There are plenty of towels and linens included. They take a great deal of care cleaning and preparing the RV, and it is easy to see that they really care. I would not hesitate to rent from them again.

Nelly was fantastic to work with. She made the pick up and drop off very easy and was always very responsive and accommodating to our schedule. The RV is in excellent shape and was perfectly clean. It was easier to drive than expected which is always a plus! I will 100% be renting from Nelly again. Thank you!

Sammy and his wife were amazing. They were accommodating and easy to work with. The RV was very clean and well taken care of. We had an amazing time on our trip and will definitely rent with them again if we do it again. They were both awesome!
