While we did make it safely from Point A to Point B and back home, we experienced numerous issues throughout our trip that significantly impacted our vacation.Even with the generator running, the GFCI outlets never worked, which meant we were unable to use the microwave for the entire trip.
We experienced additional electrical problems. For example, the awning would randomly retract and extend while we were parked.
The septic hose was clogged. This was the first time we've ever had to purchase a plunger while traveling, and unfortunately, it didn't resolve the problem. We also had to purchase the proper sewer hose end cap/adapter so we could connect the hose to the campground's sewer hookup.
Several drawers would not stay closed while driving, repeatedly sliding open during travel. We had to wedge heavy items against them just to keep them closed, which made moving around inside the RV more difficult.
The engine battery died, even though everything had been properly turned off. As a result, we had to purchase both a battery charger and jumper cables. We became so concerned about being stranded again that we canceled our final stay at the KOA in New Jersey and drove 11 hours straight home instead. Unfortunately, KOA not only charged us for the full reservation but also assessed an additional $100 last-minute cancellation fee.
I texted and called our host regarding the electrical outlet issue, but I did not receive a response for two days, leaving us without assistance while we were on the road.

Enio was a pleasure to do business with, super friendly & helpful. The RV was amazing, very clean and no issues at all. This was our 3rd time renting and highly recommend this RV!

Absolutely incredible vehicle. Would highly recommend it. It doesn’t have many items included so you would have to bring things such as pots/pans/outdoor chairs. Vehicle is pristine.

We felt the the Owner canceled 2 days before our trip it was a racist action and left us with no RV. He did not give us explanation why he canceled our trip, I would not recommend this owner to anyone!!!!

We really loved the RV - it made our trip very comfortable. It had all the amenities. Since it was our first RV trip we had to call Enio couple of times and he always answered. I would highly recommend this RV.

1) Owner: The RV was booked from Monday to Thursday, but Mr. Enio was generous in giving us the RV from Monday morning to Friday morning, so we had a great extra time to load and unload then cleaning the RV before returning the RV. Also, although it was our first experience in RVing, Mr. Enio was extremely tolerable to the endless questions and worries about the trip dynamics and was thorough in illustrating all that we needed to have a wonderful RV trip, with a detailed memo showing how to deal with technicalities of the RV.
