It was a great unit. The attached screen tent added a bit more privacy and shade, as well as storage space as that is limited inside. Hallie was super helpful with our requests and questions. There were some basics included, but it would be helpful to have a list of what is included with the unit to have a better idea of what one needs to bring along.

Hallie was very understanding when we ran into delays due to a closure on the Coquihalla and were unable to meet her at the arranged pickup/drop off time. The trailer was perfectly clean and we had a relaxing stay in it. We did not have any hook-ups at our campsite and we were able to run the fridge off of propane and the battery lasted with minimal recharging through hooking up to our vehicle. Overall we really enjoyed the r-pod and would definitely rent from Hallie again.

This is the fourth RV my husband and I have rented in the past few years and this trailer is definitely one of the most comfortable (for 2 people), clean and by far the most completely outfitted. Hallie was great to communicate with and we had an excellent week!

Hallies RV was perfect for us a couple- it was very clean and had everything required For camping plus loads of extras Like the zero gravity chairs , lovely stainless steel wine glasses , picnic tablecloths , great selection of quality kitchen gear including salad bowls and Cool coffee filter. All we had to bring was our bedding . Trailer was no problem to pull and everything mechanical worked well. Thanks very much Hallie we had a great relaxing mini break At the lake :)

Hallie was great to rent from. She got back to us in a timely manner when we were first enquiring about the trip.
When we did arrange a pick up she was there promptly and explained everything about the trailer. She helped us hook it up as she has the hitch & anti-sway bar set up with the trailer. Glad she did as it is a bit complicated if you have never set it up before.
Trailer performed well and the three of us had a great time over the 5 days that we had it. 3 days dry camping and 2 days with hook-ups (power & water). We did have a minor issue with the fridge on propane but just switched it over to battery. This trailer is a perfect size for a family of 3. My wife and I had the queen bed at the back and my daughter had the fold down queen size dinette. The pop-out made the space inside perfectly usable. We had bad weather one day and we perfectly comfortable relaxing and reading inside. Beds were comfortable with the two additional mattress toppers that Hallie provided.
If and when we are back in the Kamloops area and are going to be camping then I would definitely rent from Hallie again.

We had such a great trip! Hallie was great at answer all my questions about camping with a little one and even threw in a few extras to ensure our trip was successful. I would definitely rent again 😊
