This is our first time to rent and drive a RV and we ever worried about the renting process, operations, etc. Harish and Jess from Great RV are so helpful in the entire process! An instruction video before we pickup the RV was very comprehensive, Jess also spent almost an hour to go through everything about this RV to us when we picked it up. During the trip, they're very easy to reach by text so we get instructions about how to cleanup the pipes. We are so excited about the RV itself as well as the trip. Also this RV is very new and clean. I've recommended this listing to my friends and coworkers!

We had an excellent experience of renting with Harish & Jess. We had few apprehensions but both of them were extremely spontaneous and went extra mile to provide all the help we needed. The RVs were in great shape and taken care of very well.

Harish and Jess provided excellent service from beginning of booking to the end of our 2 weeks trip. They were very responsive and were willing to help you have a great trip. It was our first RV trip and were a bit nervous of handling a 27 ft RV plus all the bells and whistles that come with the rig. Our trip comprise of along the coast of Oregon and up to the border of Washington State, and back to California again..total of 14 days and 1957 miles. We ran into a few minor issues with the RV, but either Harish or Jess were always willing and waiting to help you out via the either text or phone. They even went to extra distance to search up the new RV to find answers for us. We really enjoyed our RV experience and partly it's because of their great service. They definitely deserve the 3 star Michelin in restaurant rating!! We will definitely rent from them again!!

Great RV Rentals was not only accommodating, but wonderful to work with. With a three week rental many things can happen and they made it easy to get a hold of and make us feel at ease. We highly recommend GREAT RV RENTALS! Will definitely rent with them again, The Kennedys

We had an excellent trip, and Great RV Rentals was extremely accommodating and easy to work with. They accepted our (AAA) auto insurance, and all communication was very fast. Our RV performed amazingly for our week-long trip, despite being a well-loved vehicle with some miles on it. It was exactly as described in the listing, and we were very happy with it. The pick-up and drop-off procedure was very thorough and left me feeling like I knew how to drive and operate the RV, and I also felt very safe, Covid-wise. Thanks again!

Great RV.
Our only suggestion is about the refrigerator: small and with no drawers. It will be better if was full of drawers.
Harish and Jess are amazing and flexible.

Easy process to get the RV. Working with Jess was awesome. She was super helpful and knowledgeable during the check out and check in process. RV was in good shape and was easy to operate. RV was super clean. When we had a question about the refrigerator, they were quick to respond to my messages to get a resolution. I would rent from them again.

This was a GREAT RV! We will definitely rent from them again! The only reason it's not 5 stars is because we had to give up a day dealing with a flat tire... wish it would've been changed or checked before we took off. Otherwise everything was easy to operate, including driving the vehicle. It suited our family's needs well and we were able to bring our dog. Easy pick up and drop off and overall great service from them.

This was my first time renting an RV, and I soon found out there was a learning curve to driving and operating one safely and properly. Thankfully, Harish (the owner) and Jess were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my entire experience, from answering my many questions before I rented the vehicle to providing prompt support throughout the trip (they responded to my texts within minutes). All in all, my kids and I had an amazing time driving throughout the southwestern United States and a pleasant stay in the RV. Even though our particular RV wasn't the latest or newest model available, it was sufficiently clean, roomy (especially with the slideout completely expanded), simple to operate (once I learned the basics), and has ample storage, a large refrigerator, decent-sized bathroom facilities, and all the amenities we needed to keep our family of four comfortable and happy. I would rent from Great RV again and would recommend them to anyone looking to travel this way.
