DO NOT RENT THIS RV! I REPEAT DO NOT RENT THIS RV! Going to court to fight for our refund that he said he was going to give but never did!!! I mean where do I start with this RV… AC in cab works half the time, RV door is broken when trying to get out the RV, rv inside is basically falling apart, and the worst part, is instead on treating his black tank before he left, the guy went to Vegas and left his rv with a Freind to pick up! Me and my family had to get an Air B&B the smell was soooooo bad coming from the bathroom!! And instead of worrying about the health of my family, and doing everything is his power to make this right, the guy ghost us and puts it all on us! Well gladly see this scum bag in court! Shame on outdoorsy for letting someone with this kind of rv to be rented!!! Will never use this site again! Thanks for ruining our family vacation!

The host, Cornelius was great, very communicative when we had several questions and issues as first-time RV users. But the RV itself was a little rough. First, it was not cleaned well when we picked it up, which I was really disappointed about because we paid a hefty fee towards cleaning. It showed a lot of wear and tear, the retractable steps made a very loud clicking noise every single time they went in and out, which I’m sure our neighbors in the RV park didn’t love either. Pieces of the molding around the walls fell off at random. The tank switches didn’t show accurate water and waste levels, which made things tricky. Overall our family time was great but the RV itself needs to be put out to pasture.

The engine and driving were phenomenal, but the overhead cabin is not attached and we could feel the breeze and bugs fell from the gap onto my wife as we drove down the road.

Cornelius was an outstanding host and was avail to take all my rookie texts/calls when I had questions about the RV whilst on our trip. I had to drop a star because I had to pay for a flight for my wife who could not ride in the RV with us due to excessive chemical/sent smells from cleaning and freshners used prior to pick up. For those who are not allergic or sensitive to those, then I would recommend.
