Van features were misrepresented in online advertising as coming with air conditioning. There was no air conditioning for rented unit. Renter promised a partial refund due to misrepresentation. No refund has been received.
Contact person was negligent and slow in responding to purchasers request for pick up time and information.
I will never rent from outdoorsy if this situation is not resolved.

Disappointing experience.5. Van is advertised as wilderness van. However, no inverter and no electric cable provided meant - either buy the electric cable ourselves and find campgrounds with electricity hookup or go without electrical outlets in the van. Portable water to run kitchen, toilet runs off a tiny water jug. Bring extra water containers yourself! No shades or window coverings meant everyone can look into the van while sleeping and with the sun coming up early in summer it’s impossible to sleep in past 5:30 AM. No air conditioning in the back of the van. Driver and passenger are comfortable up front from AC. People in the back are hot and uncomfortable. Tires are for off-roading, but make for a noisy drive on the highway.
