Overall, it worked for what we needed and the owners were helpful when we needed to contact them. The RV itself is just poorly made. Everything rattles when you drive and the dining room table opens itself while driving too. The table won’t stay up. The curtain for the bed was removed & the rack was missing screws. It’s a nice looking RV but definitely needs some maintenance.

Host was great. Pre trip meeting and walkthrough was great. RV was in good condition.
The only issue was with the battery for dry camping. During the walkthrough, the host said that the battery needed to be charged for a few hours a day to make it through the night. As an experienced RVer, that sounded odd to me.
Our first night, we ran the generator for around 2 hours to charge the battery to prepare for the night. After shutting off the generator, the led lights in the RV started flickering. This also prevented us from using the heat and the temp dropped into the 50’s inside the RV overnight.
As we were planning on dry camping in the mountains for a few days, that was very disappointing.
I had to go to a local store and buy a deep cycle RV battery to use while we had the RV. I swapped out the old and undersized battery for the few days we were camping in the mountains. After swapping the battery out, we had plenty of power to run the lights, water pump, heat and fridge. Informed host of battery issue.

Great trip. Trailhead RV Rentals was amazing to work with. They were extremely responsive and accommodating. The RV was clean and exactly as advertised. I'll be recommending them and renting from them again soon!

I wish I would have checked other reviews. RV was missing bedroom doors, too many parts inoperable and we paid to fix those issues. Would not recommend

This was the third time I rented with TrailHead RV Rentals and, as usual, they did a perfect job! Our RV was in mint condition and pickup and return was straightforward. Also, Phil was very helpful. Our security deposit was released a day after returning the RV. Service is outstanding, I recommend 100%

Our experience overall with our trip was amazing. Renting an RV was the best thing we did. I would definitely give a heads up that at pickup they have a checklist and you go through every single item on the checklist. At drop off don't feel pressured or okay that you can just leave. Make sure you do the walk-through with them and check everything off the box and make sure they do too. Although the host did not charge us for a missing trash can we did get the blame for it. There was never a trash can. **** I would also make sure someone checked the gray water tank Make sure it is securely tightened. We did go over a very small bump after only driving it for an hour after our trip, The tank fell out. Very costly as it was pinned on us as well****!!!

Rent from anyone but here. Had to fix a fuse for the AC to work. Tried to get help and received nothing. Had to ask someone staying at the campground. Tried to work this out with management and they did nothing to make it better.

Travelled the middle states of USA with my partner & 5 small kids. The RV was so fun, so easy to use. We drove a lot and spontaneously camped in places and it was all just super easy. Truely had the time of our lives and the RV was a safe and easy home on the road. Thanks Trailhead!

The only thing I wish we could have available was the stabilizers to put down so the camper wasn't rocking all the time. Otherwise this camper was amazing and phil had great customer service and was super helpful.
