Mark and Heather were great hosts! We flew into Phoenix from Georgia, so we purchased the pick-up add-on to and from Sky Harbor Airport. Mark accommodated our late flight in and our early flight out. He was punctual and stayed in constant communication with us. He taught us everything we needed to know to drive and run the RV. All his paperwork was ready and in proper order for us. He was friendly, funny, and informative. The RV was clean and everything inside it worked perfectly the whole time! We drove the RV up to Sedona, Meteor Crater, and the Grand Canyon. I’ve never experienced so much constant wind as at Meteor Crater (30+ mph, with gusts up to 43 mph at the RV park where we stayed overnight). Then it snowed at the Grand Canyon and we got stuck for an hour and a half on the highway due to a shutdown from an accident. We were warm and comfortable our entire trip. (Ha! We came to AZ thinking it would be warm and caught the one week of winter.) The master bed was comfortable even for a 6’2” tall man (a tad short but still slept well with the slides out). Plenty of space for two medium built teenage boys. We would definitely rent from them again!!

Grill did not function
No coffee maker.
Bed was six inches too short I am six one
Kitchen supplies inadequate. Pan was big enough to fry one egg
Generator would start and die took about three tries for it to remain running
Bike rack clip to strap down a forth bike was missing.

Mark and Heather were fantastic! They were very communicative and when ever we had a question, were very quick to respond and never in a negative way. We were able to go to and stay in places we never would have been able to without the mighty Leprechaun.

Had a great time on our trip! Working with Heather was a pleasant experience. She was very friendly and extremely flexible with pickup and drop off. She walked me through everything and was quick to answer any questions I had. She was also very understanding when we ran into a slight hiccup at the end of our trip. Its nice to know there are still good people in this world. The RV was older (which I knew going in) and showed some age (completely expected), but seemed well maintained and everything worked as expected. Over all we had a wonderful experience and would not hesitate to rent from them again.

Pickup and return was easy, the car worked well although is very old and had ridiculously high miles. The biggest issues that really caused a huge problem for me is that the cruise control did not work. Driving 2300 miles with the foot on the pedal is far from ideal. If the owner would tell me in advance the cruise control does not work I would look for a different car.

Great instructions on using the rv. Everything went very smooth. Rv was comfortable and worked great. Plenty of room for our family of 4 and 2 big dogs. Thanks!

When we arrived at the location to pick up the RV, it was a VERY dusty dirt lot. It was a lot, surrounded by other lots by a chain link fence, that resembled a junk yard. We had paid the extra $25 to leave our car there during our trip, although we wished we hadn't.
When we first spoke with the host, we asked how the awning worked. The host said that it was broken, and they could no longer get parts. We weren't told this prior to picking it up. We were camping in Flagstaff, Arizona, at 84 degrees. Our site had no shade, so the awning was a must.
The windows had water spots on all. We tried to use the window washers on the front windshield but there was no washer fluid.
After setting up, we realized that the AC only ran on high, which made it very noisy.
When setting up the bed, there was a large dirty spot on the blanket. We had to wash the blanket prior to using. The spot came out, which made us wonder if the sheets had been washed.
