Midwesterner now living in bay area for past 15 years. Avid outdoors enthusiast, when it comes to blazing a trail in the camper I love boon docking and just seeing where the adventure takes me. Still very much working the corporate gig, but having an Airstream has given me a taste of what retirement looks like for me and a reason to work hard to free up more time for the open road.

I am so glad to meet Jim for my 1st RV experience. He is very friendly and explains everything in details, and helped me navigates towing a trailer for the first time.

Jim is a super host. He’s quite flexible in pickup and drop off times to accommodate our schedule. I had a major hiccup during pickup that the brake light didn’t work due to programming issue on my car. Jim patiently helped me debug the problem and escorted me to the dealership to get it fixed. He didn’t leave until everything was sorted out and I was m safe to leave. The Airstream is super cozy and in great condition. I would absolutely rent again from Jim.

Jim was incredibly flexible when we needed to move our trip dates around due to an unexpected COVID situation. The Airstream was the perfect way to get out and escape from the crazy of 2020. We camped in a beachfront spot and enjoyed sunrises, sunsets and the sound of crashing waves. Jim’s Serenity is a beautiful trailer and met all of our needs. It doesn’t come furnished with anything (pots, pans, utensils, etc.) so we packed up our own camping gear and were all set. We will definitely be repeat renters.

This is a beautiful RV and perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 small kids). Jim was friendly and responsive in all communication and the RV was clean and ready-to-go at pick-up.

Probably as with any "Newbies" we had a learning curve, the times we needed to call Jim he was available and helpful, most things we figured out with a little help from other RVers. Hooking up sewage, hooking up truck to locking ball (Push forward then up to unlock) front door lock jams and we couldn't figure out how to "unlock" the jam. Neighbors also helped us when we needed help backing it up into tight spots. The list goes on, but as I said you will learn along the way. Be patient, be kind and remember it's not the destination, it's the journey.

Jim's trailer is awesome and very easy to tow, park and use. We had a great experience prior to, during and after our trip and would highly recommend Jim's trailer to anyone looking for a great experience. Jim is very responsive, helpful and we would definitely rent from him again.

Jim was easy to work with and made sure we were all set with everything. The Airstream was clean and ready to go when we picked it up. I would definitely rent this sweet Airstream again.

We decided to rent a camper while our house was being fumigated. I could only imagine how nice it would've been out in nature vs. sitting in our driveway. Jim was so kind and patient with our terrible directions trying to back it up the driveway — we've never hauled anything before. He set it up, gave us a tour, and we were on our way to no where! :)
