This was the first time we used and rented an RV heading for the Smokeys. Lindsey was very good at communicating promptly with us and responding to problems we had. We did have some technical difficulties with a broken clamp on the black and grey water connector. I would suggest some simple tools be included with the rental in order to deal with minor problems. I'm also glad we had the owner's manual with us, so we could become more familiar with the operations of the van. Lindsay does include all the necessary items for cooking, cleaning, Etc which was very helpful and the quality of the items were good. She's very friendly and open to discussing any concerns.

Lindsay was easy to work with, pleasant and flexible with expected pick-up and drop-off times. RV was clean with a nice layout. Very comfortable bed. Spacious fridge. Easy to drive with minimal blind spots. Best selling point, however, was being able to travel with our dog. Highly recommend and will be renting from Lindsay again.

Great experience and good vehicle for our trip. Lindsay was courteous, flexible and friendly. She also reviewed all the features so we were familiar with the vehicle before we even got on the road.

Our trip was an adventure. Lindsay was always willing to answer any questions we had the entire trip. I will definitely be renting from her again!
