We had a great overall experience with the trailer rental! We did run into some temperamental electrical issues, but we were able to work around them with a generator. The host was very helpful, responsive, and made sure he was available whenever we needed anything. Despite the electrical hiccup, we really enjoyed the rental and would definitely rent from him again!

Bill was super helpful and responsive before, during and after the rental. The RV is beautiful, looked brand new and was spotless. The bed was super comfortable and the layout was quite nice, not awkward in any way. AC worked well. Nice large fridge. My campground had no electric so we used propane, which was more than sufficient for my 3 days. Would definitely rent this RV again should I ever be back in Utah!

Owner Bill was awesome. Met me at the location, went through the travel trailer, made sure I didn't have any questions. Trailer was clean and in excellent condition. On the trip, everything worked great. The queen bed was so soft and comfy. No issues with any aspects of the trailer.

Bill was great to work with and very accommodating. He had all equipment and accessories for towing, leveling and securing wheels at campsite. Downside was mechanical issues, but not necessarily the Host fault. Biggest problem, no trailer brakes due to wiring under trailer was broken. I fixed at my house before we took the trailer out so it delayed our departure by several hours, but Bill paid me for the repair so he was great in working to resolve. Other issues were one propane tank was nearly empty and batteries died after 3 days. Talked to host on return and he said batteries were a month old and his propane gage doesn’t really show tank is low until it’s almost empty. Everything in trailer worked great so not sure if there’s an electrical issue or batteries just don’t hold up well. Propane level could be verified by host better, but one tank got us through our vac so fortunately it wasn’t an issue on this trip. Overall, give Bill and trailer 4 stars, would have been 4.5 stars if both propane tanks were full.

I let Mike pick up the trailer the night before his rental at no charge. after taking the trailer, he showed back up saying the trailer brakes were not working. the previous renter Had no issues with the trailer brake. I told him if the trailer brake wasn't working, we should cancel the trip. At that time, he said he thought it was probably an issue with his truck and he wanted to take the trailer home where he could inspect it and do some research. we agreed that if it wasn't his truck we would cancel the trip in the morning. Instead, Mike messaged me later saying he found a broken wire on the trailer. I told him to call outdoorsy roadside assistance. He did not. He told me he was going to repair the wire himself and wanted me to give him a refund. I told him we should cancel the trip instead so I can have it repaired. As for the propane renters are expected to refill the propane. I put the gage on before and after each trip if the gage reads full, I assume they held up their end.

The trailer was clean and new. Pick up was very easy and dropped off was convenient. Double or double box for spacious enough that my 80+ year-old mother-in-law slept on the bottom bunk.
It was convenient to have bedding, pillows, and pots and pans included.

this trailer was so perfect. it fit all of our needs for us and our 2 girls and Bill was amazing to work with, easy to get ahold of amd he answered all of our questions. the pricing was perfect for us and his generator is the quietest generator I've ever hear. we had such a great trip. we cant wait to rent with you again Bill. Thank you for helping us create memories with our family
