About Jen and Mike Evink

Hi! We’re a local Upper Peninsula family who loves spending time outdoors and enjoying the beauty of life here in the U.P. We’ve spent most of our adult lives here and truly love the peaceful lifestyle, beautiful scenery, and strong sense of community that make the Upper Peninsula so special. We have a large family and spend much of our free time at the lake, relaxing on our property, exploring the area, and making memories together. My husband works outdoors and knows the area well, so we’re always happy to share recommendations for scenic spots, local favorites, beaches, fishing areas, waterfalls, and hidden gems around Manistique and beyond. We’re excited to share our camper and help others experience the beauty of the U.P., whether you’re visiting Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, exploring the lakeshore, or simply looking for a relaxing getaway.
