Joe is a very nice man. One taillight did not work at pickup. After spending some time at his house trying to solve the problem we went to an auto parts store and spent two hours trying to match bulbs to get it working. Had success. On the first night of camping, one lifter was not connected. We fixed it. One week later, the propane stopped working (propane container had fuel) so we couldn’t use the heat or cook with the stove. Couldn’t figure out this problem. We used the included electric stove to cook, but there was still no heat. We came home early because of these challenges. I think that the systems should have been checked more thoroughly before renting it out. We were likely the first renters of the season. It’s a nice camper overall.

Great camper with a bunch of extras I didn't know came on a pop up: dinette slide out opens the room, also had a couch and a toilet which is rare. Heat was solid on a night that dipped below 40. Joe was great and easy to work with. A couple unexpected issues coming out de-winterizing the camper but Joe took care of us and my girls and I had a great time. Planning to rent again in June.
