Stay away do not rent from this Owner. The Owner canceled my RV reservation the day before Our event last minute. I reserved the RV 8/23/23. I was to p/u 11/16/23. The Owner requested I call her on 11/14 and stated her rules and how she want allow me to p/u on p/u day if it is raining and if it is dark, she would not allow it to be p/u when it is dark at 5:20pm due to daylight saving time. When I asked if she would refund me if that is the case, she stated no refund. Then she stated that her RV is $150,000 and she don’t control the weather and can’t allow her RV to be driven in the rain. Needless to say she had lots of what if and problems. So on the night before at 5:30pm she cancelled on me. She stated that her RV was in the shop being repaired (the levers) she failed to tell me this on 11/14/23. Anyway she was not being truthful and did not want to rent to me. She stated lastly that she would send me the invoice to prove that her RV was being repaired. I said suspect was or is???? End of Conversation

"Big Mama" is very well cared for and it shows, she is beautiful inside and out. Plenty of room inside for five of us + dog. Susan was very informative and went above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed to have a safe enjoyable trip. We can't wait to take her on our next journey.
