Fantastic experience from start to finish. Greg was great at communicating and working out a drop off time that worked for both our schedules and arrived on time ready to set up. He got the trailer set up and even put out decorations, an outdoor rug, lawn chairs, lawn games and more. He walked us through how to work the propane and generators and how all the components worked. We couldn't have asked for a better first experience renting an RV.
