Everything went nice until we reach our location, Hearst Ont. and while washing the RV we notice that one of the window was missing. From then on the camping experience was terribly disapointing, we were afraid of using anything in the RV as we were afraid it would brake, for example the "pull out". We notice some wires being pulled to the front when we open the pull out. We did not use the stove or toilet, we just slept in it for 3 nights, when we where suppose to stay 6 nights. The renter should not be responsible for the wear and tear of the equipment.
We talk to other RV rental and they mention that a window should not fall off unless there are issues with the window, their is another window on the same side of the RV, same size and nothing happen to it. AS per the photos, you will notice that the red latch is on the outside when it's suppose to be on the inside. When I install the plastic I placed it on the inside where it belong. Somebody tempered with the window in the past, before we rented the RV.
We want to let you know that we took good care of the RV as if it was our own.

It a was great pleasure renting this trailer. Better than advertised! Very clean with all the supplies you could need (cups, plates, cutlery, and so on). Celine and Stephane are very professional and responsive. Thanks!
