1) The hot water didn’t work the entire weekend, luckily we were at a campsite with great showers.
2) the door latch wouldn’t close or lock properly during the trip. When I contacted the host to notify, he told me that a screwdriver would fix that issue, no warning or heads up on the issue and good luck finding a screwdriver in the woods.
3) pay close attention to the listing details, the host attempted to charge us a smoking penalty and no one smoked inside whatsoever. In fact when he mentioned the fee, he suggested maybe the smells came from outside and I had to remind him that the door wouldn’t close properly the entire weekend. Either way, no one smoked inside the RV and his claim was totally exaggerated, be very careful.

YOU turned off the hot water at the heater. It worked fine once I turned it back on. You didn't level the camper, that is why the door wouldn't close easily. And if you had paid attention during the orientation, there is an entire tool kit in the tote labeled "Tools." Without a doubt, you and your friends smoked weed in the camper... it is amazing how everything was "so perfect" until I charged you extra for cleaning and deodorizing to get out the weed smell. You sir are a liar and while you might have been able to fool Outdoorsy, you and I know for a fact you are dishonest and petty. I hope you get everything coming to you. I hope no other host will touch you with a 10 foot pole.

Super easy process from start to finish. Owner is extremely professional and detailed when explaining operational functions of the trailer. Definitely going to use again. Family enjoyed every minute of our trip. Will recommend to family and friends.

Jason was great, he outlined everything that needed to be done with the camper and was transparent with his expectations. He was also quick to answer texts and calls in order to answer a couple of questions I had. Overall, the camper and the experience was great. Jason and his wife take great care of their camper and it will be a great addition to any trip you are taking!

The RV trailer was spotless like new, with a spacious bathroom and every essential provided for a seamless weekend. (All external hook up items stored neatly in totes for customer use.) Jason gave us a clear demo, making setup and use stress free. Trailer towed smooth and quietly on our F150. We opted for the add-on service of water dumping service, which was EXACTLY the convenience we additionally preferred. A standout perk was the portable Bluetooth camera screen provided to us for safe towing viewing. Communication with Jason was quick, and we’ll definitely rent again. Perfect Airbnb on wheel!

Jason was extremely helpful in helping us book and sure our first rv for our trip. He delivered the RV on time, and set up everything in the blazing sun. He went over all we needed to know to ensure we had a great vacation. Supplied bedding, towels, kitchen items, lawn chairs, cooler and more for a great rental. Highly recommend!!!

Jason was easy to work with, was thorough and direct with instructions prior to departure. Everything worked and functioned as designed and the RV was clean and in good condition. RV was perfect for my family and we had a wonderful time in Huntsville. Would recommend to others!
