Joshua was an excellent host! We had a couple of challenges (one related to the venue where the RV was located and one related to the RV itself). Joshua handled both challenges by going above and beyond and making additional trips to make sure we were squared away. As a former full-time RVer, RV life is hard. If you're renting an RV, you need to be patient with the owner(s). Your time in the RV will rarely go perfectly - the customer service is such an important aspect of the rental and Joshua exceeded our expectations on this side of things! The RV was very nice and felt new as well. I highly recommend this rental!
