Beautiful camper, very clean with cooler fridge and freezer.
Unfortunately, there is no in person review of the amenities or how to use them. The owners sent an apple icloud video that I could not review as I own an android. I got no response when I asked for another form of the links. They also did not respond when I picked up the vehicle and told them of the low tire pressure.
During the trip, I could not get the stove to work. Owners were quick to respond with instructions that second day. Apparently instructions were in the video links they sent, which I never got a reply with alternative links for my android. Make sure you watch the videos prior to venturing too far because many places away from the cities do not have good internet or phone service.
Also, many camping areas were closed due to COVID, and do not answer their phones regularly (sometimes taking days to return a call), so make sure you have a place to camp for the night in advance (which can also be hard as some places are assigned on a fist come basis). Olowalu was open and nice, and can be reserved.Additionally, the car was bigger than implied in the listing -> it does not fit in a normal parking spot. Also, it is difficult to maneuver through certain parking lots on the road to Hana, and had some vehicle damage during the trip. The claim is going through outdoorsy, and website has not been registering my portion of the claim and saying it was not received even though I have submitted it twice through their direct link emailed to me. This part has been frustrating as they should be better able to process this.
