Stephen was friendly and helpful. However, the equipment was in bad condition. The faucets would not turn off so we couldn't leave the pump on. Which meant using the toilet was an issue and we soon ran out of water. Also, the tires were bald and nearly unsafe.It was a very frustrating rental.

The host accommodated our travel schedule and was always timely and prompt with his communication. The trailer is well-used, but is generally clean and in good repair. It was a challenge to manage the RV/Marine battery level to support our ongoing use of the refrigerator, especially while traveling. Generator use each day was required to maintain power levels as we were not "plugged in" at our campground. Note that the towing hitch requires a 2 5/16 ball.

The Host canceled the booking 2 days before departure. Booked July 14, 2025, for August 1-3, 2025. HOST cancelled reservation less than 24 hours before he was suppose to deliver the Unit! Outdoorsy said, “Book again” Really!! All units were booked for my dates! All I could do was complain! So all night I wrote emails hoping someone would help The Host who cancelled had done this many times before but was still on the site!!! Outdoorsy’s Help Staff finally did find me a unit and they delivered but it was much smaller and they wanted to charge me more. That being handled it was EXTREMELY STRESSFUL to have to go through that experience! I’ll think twice before renting from them again! Be sure to read the Host Reviews before renting!!!!
