Nice rig, Douglas was nice. Clean inside and drove nice.
Awning was damaged and wouldn’t fully extend and the water tank wouldn’t properly fill, requiring multiple trips to refill during a short 3 night trip.

This was not a pleasant experience. I received an email providing the pickup address, I notified the owner when we were an hour out, he said we would be meeting at a Walmart parking lot. The directions took us to a residential address... I am assuming it was his. I reached out asking to confirm the address and that is when he sent the adddress for the Walmart, it took us at least 25 minutes out of our way. When we got there, he wasn't even there so we drove aimlessly around the parking lot... he arrived after us....
The generator did not work at all that weekend and we were dry camping. Luckily we were able to move to a spot with electic hook ups. He said the water would be filled to 50 % but it was at 30 %.... I understand that the RV cannot be driven with full tanks, but if you say 50%, that is what is expected, not 20% less. The AC cut out off and on over the weekend, during the hottest part of the day, it didn't work.
I will say that the RV was well stocked, it was clean and the owner was nice enough, although, trying to get info out of him in regards to fixing the generator was difficult. My husband spent over 2 hours the first morning trying to trouble shoot. We were asking basic questions like what is the year make model.... he was vague and said to look at the manual which was generic and didn't have that info. We called Outdoorsy who tried to troubleshoot the best they could, we were actually very impressed with their technicians knowledge, but the issues still didn't get resolved.

Although unmerited, thank you for the review. This renter exaggerated every issue. I don’t know how she was sent to a residence (not mine). Our coach is well taken care of and everything works: after taking the generator in for service I now know that the renter was driving extensively off road and they blew the internal fuse rendering it inoperable. The water was filled up to 60%, but again driving on an off road the water will spill from the overflow.
When attempting to walk thru the operational components of the Motorcoach the renter stated that she and her husband knew this model because they owned one before. They should have known this luxury RV is not made for off road operations. They brought it back extremely filthy and I’m still trying to get the mud from the underbody.
In any case I wish they would have had a better experience.

My wife and I rented this RV to get away for the weekend up north and it was the perfect trip. Enough space for us both, was able to hook up the water and electric so we had everything we needed! Would definitely rent again and will rent again!!
