My name is Tommy Poehling & I am based in Boulder, Colorado. I have a passion for hiking and photography. After a few years on the road living a van lifestyle, I decided to find a permanent home in one of the nations most beautiful cities. We had an amazing time exploring Moab with the pups in this van! We were able to comfortably enjoy so many sites and will definitely be renting with Tommy again :)

For the 2nd time in as many months I have rented Tommy’s van.
It is a beast in the snow and very warm and comfortable in the cold temps of Winter Park.
I will definitely be using Tommy and his vans again.
His communication and flexibility is excellent.

From the beginning of the booking Tommy was very cooperative and interested in making sure our trip was great. Very quick with all communication and even allowed us to switch vans to ensure maximum time on our trip.
Pick up and drop off was a breeze. The van was a beast and very easy to drive. It was very comfortable and easy to cook, eat meals in. The high clearance, AWD, and great tires handled the snow in Winter Park and Berthoud Pass with ease. The heater had no trouble keeping us warm in the teen temps over night. A very wonderful trip and I will definitely be renting from Tommy again.

We had an awesome experience with Tommy’s Sprinter. We took it to Monarch for skiing for 4 days and had a great time. The bed is comfortable and the heater kept the van warm despite below zero temps. Would def rent from him again!

Thomas was a great host, super flexible and easy to work with. The high clearance and new all-terrain tires made us feel confident even on last-minute off-road accesses. The van had all the essentials we needed for a comfortable trip. A few small suggestions for improvement would be to organize the kitchen items a bit better and consider adding a grey water tank. We were very satisfied with our rental and highly recommend it to anyone looking for adventure!

Our host Tommy was awesome and so friendly. He gave us a full overview of the van and how to use everything and even gave us his number in case we needed help during our trip. The van was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and so much fun to camp in. We can’t wait to do it again!

My partner, dog and I rented Tommy's van for our National Parks trip. We had a fantastic time, and can't recommend this van enough.
The van itself is in exceptional condition — basically brand new. But the main benefit is the fit out; the power/battery, A/C, and internet really made our trip.
We never got below 50% battery even though many of our campsites didn't have a full hookup. Being new to van road trips that was very comforting.
We were in Utah and Arizona in the middle of summer, and couldn't have done the trip without the A/C at night.
Despite being quite remote at times, we never lost internet signal, which was great for navigation and music.
Tommy was great to work with — easy going and very communicative.
