First let me say that Keaton and Eden are incredible host, they tried everything they could to fix the issues we were having. To start the trip, we didn't have the correct extension cord to plug into the wall socket so we had no air conditioning, and in Florida it is a must regardless of the time of year. We located the correct extension cord which unfortunately added to the cost of our trip that we didn't need, however, once plugged in, we discovered that the air conditioning did not work, either the compressor or capacitor needed to be replaced. We spent Monday night with a few fans and made it thru, but Tuesday night was very warm and made for a miserable evening. On Wednesday morning we decided that the heat was too much, so we had to rent a motel for the remainder of our trip which added to a trip we had already paid for and more saddening, cut into the time we got to spend with our new grandbaby, the reason why we took the trip to begin with. I would truly like to see some sort of refund for this trip as we planned it well in advance with terrible results. Thank you, Keaton and Eden, for at least trying to fix the issues but our Christmas and

Eden and Keaton were exceptional hosts who made our anniversary trip truly special. Their communication was top-notch—fast, clear, and supportive—and they seamlessly accommodated my last-minute booking. The travel trailer was immaculate and well-stocked, and their helpful tips enhanced our stay. We’re already looking forward to renting from them again for our next RV getaway!

We had an incredible experience renting this camper for 10 days! From start to finish, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The camper was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable trip. Pick up and drop of was easy. Eden and Keaton were extremely helpful and responsive, making sure we had all the information we needed before and during our trip. If you are looking for a reliable and comfortable camper rental, this is the one! We will absolutely rent again in the future! Thank you for an incredible experience.
